1. Booking Confirmation & Safari Permit

Your booking becomes confirmed only after full payment (or required advance) and receipt of our confirmation email/voucher.

Safari permits and park-entry passes are regulated by the Forest Department of Satpura National Park. Once issued, permits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Cancellation by Traveller

Refund Policy Based on Days Before Arrival:

• More than 30 days: 80% refund (20% processing fee)
• 15–30 days: 60% refund (40% cancellation fee)
• 7–14 days: 40% refund (60% cancellation fee)
• 3–6 days: 20% refund (80% cancellation fee)
• Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email/contact form). The cancellation date will be considered from the time we receive your written request.

3. Cancellation by Park Authorities / Force Majeure

If safari is cancelled by park authorities due to weather, technical issues, government directives, or any uncontrollable circumstances:

• We will attempt to secure a refund/adjustment from forest authorities.
• Refund to traveler will be only the amount approved/refunded by authorities.
• Service charges, administrative fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• If partial refund is not possible, a credit note may be issued (valid for a limited period).

4. No Changes / Rescheduling After Permit Issued

Once permit/booking is issued, no changes (date, name, safari type, itinerary) are allowed. A new booking must be made for any modifications.

5. No-Show or Non-Compliance

No refund will be provided if:

• Guest fails to reach the reporting point on time.
• Guest does not carry valid original ID proof.
• Guest violates park rules leading to denied entry.
• Guest leaves early or does not participate in the safari.

6. Refund Processing & Timeline

• Refunds are processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.).
• Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
• Bank/payment provider processing times may vary.

7. Additional Terms & Important Notes

• Safari permit fees, government taxes, and park fees are non-refundable if authorities do not refund them.
• Promotional/discounted packages may have stricter cancellation rules.
• By booking with Jungle Prestige, you agree to the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Policy updates may be made anytime and apply to future bookings.
