5. Safari Permits & Government Regulations
- Once issued, safari permits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-modifiable.
- All guests must carry original government-issued ID during safari entry.
- Jungle Prestige has no control over park rules or safari operations.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
- Arrive on time at the reporting point.
- Follow all forest rules, safety guidelines, and instructions.
- Respect wildlife and maintain silence.
- Carry valid ID proof and booking confirmation.
Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
7. Changes, Amendments & Cancellations
- No changes in names, dates, routes, or traveller details after permit issuance.
- Changes before permit issuance depend on availability.
- Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Park/Authority-Initiated Cancellations
Safaris may be cancelled due to weather, wildlife movement, VIP visits, safety concerns, or administrative decisions. Refunds or adjustments will depend solely on the amount refunded by the authorities. Jungle Prestige is not responsible for losses caused by government decisions.
9. Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Nature is unpredictable and depends on many external factors. No refund is applicable for non-sightings.
10. Website Usage & Intellectual Property
- All website content is the intellectual property of Jungle Prestige unless stated otherwise.
- Copying or misusing any content without permission is prohibited.
- Fraudulent activities or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
